I’m Erica Keller, an Account Manager with Farley Insurance Agency. I was raised in Foxboro, Massachusetts, and moved to the Lake Norman area in 2022. Today, I’m based in Huntersville, North Carolina, and work with clients throughout the state and surrounding areas. I’m also a graduate of UMass Boston.
With 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, I specialize in personal lines coverage, including working with high-net-worth households that may have more complex insurance needs. One of the things I enjoy most about my work is helping clients truly understand their coverage. Insurance policies can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I take pride in breaking down the details, explaining what different coverages and endorsements mean, and helping clients feel confident in the protection they have in place.
I’m a licensed Personal Lines insurance professional and enjoy building long-term relationships with the individuals and families I serve.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me boating on Lake Norman, spending time with my nieces and nephew, or hanging out with my golden retriever, Gia, who would happily spend all day in the water. I also love cooking, trying new recipes, and admittedly, shopping.
Giving back is important to me as well. I’m involved with the Animal Rescue League, and each Christmas, Gia and I help donate toys, blankets, food, bowls, leashes, and other supplies for animals waiting to find their forever homes.
